Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after checkout.
Before ordering: Please double-check product details, character/series selection, condition (sealed/opened), quantity, and your shipping address.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hoursof delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the parcel (including shipping label), packaging, and item. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund for the affected item.
Not covered: Minor packaging/shelf wear (small dents or creases), change of mind, blind-box outcomes, or delays/loss caused by the carrier once the parcel has been lodged.
