All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after checkout.

Before ordering: Please double-check product details, character/series selection, condition (sealed/opened), quantity, and your shipping address.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hoursof delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the parcel (including shipping label), packaging, and item. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund for the affected item.

Not covered: Minor packaging/shelf wear (small dents or creases), change of mind, blind-box outcomes, or delays/loss caused by the carrier once the parcel has been lodged.

Ava recently added two new cuties to her growing collection, the Morning Glory Sonny Angel and the Pancake Sonny Angel 🥞💜 She picked them up from me, and they’ve already made the sweetest addition to her shelf!
